Liisa is a former principal ballerina and is truly passionate about mindful and proactive lifestyle. She is the Stott Matwork and Reformer pilates instructor, plus a certified Yoga and Ayurveda teacher, and has received French Diplôme d’etat in classical ballet pedagogy.

She believes that we need both strength and flexibility to be at our best and feel the most vibrant. She combines her lifetime of movement background with pilates and yoga approach. In the classes she highlights deep strength of the body, improving posture, muscular dis balances and mobility. Adding sculpting and tonifying elements for a leaner and longer look. Based on her clients needs and goals she brings ancient Ayurvedic principles and yogic mindfulness to create a unique approach to find stillness, calm and relaxation within the mind.

Through mindful work the body and mind become connected creating balance and harmony.

She loves to inspire and motivate her clients to be the most harmonized and best version of themselves. After practicing with Liisa the results are noticed both on a mental level, as a positive mind, and physical level, as a powerful body. 

She offers Pilates Matwork and Reformer classes, Functional training, Stretching classes, Yoga with breathwork and meditation.
