If the client suspects an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then we encouraged to consult with a licensed physician or medical doctor without delay. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by us, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made through our payment system AXEPTA, Bank transfer or some other prearranged payment method such as cash, banker’s checks or other unless credit terms have been agreed to by us. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. We may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon us, until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order or part of any order placed on this website. Any quotations given by us will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
Our ordering process is fully automated. Once you have completed the order online it will not be possible to cancel or amend the order.

Please note that our warehouse aims to dispatch orders as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days. Please note that our warehouse will not be open, and orders will not be processed or dispatched on public holidays in Monaco.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 10 working days after the scheduled shipping day. Failure to notify ANIMA CORPUS within this period will result in you losing the ability to claim for reimbursement.
ANIMA CORPUS cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, you must contact ANIMA CORPUS within 24 hours in order to have the missing or damaged item replaced. We will also require you to email us photos of the damaged item and packaging. If a package arrives damaged, please note this with the driver at the time of delivery.
Separate charges for shipping and handling may be shown on our invoice(s), you are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on our invoice.
Products that are purchased directly from this website by an end-user may be returned by you within 30 days of the date of delivery a full refund less shipping handling and a restocking fee.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please email us at contact@animacorpus.mc quoting the order number and the for the return reason, along with the best way of contacting you. The order number is available from your order confirmation email. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please also inform us via email of the shipping service and any tracking details that you might have for the returning product.

ANIMA CORPUS reserves the right to ask for proof of photo identification (ID). Acceptable forms of photo ID include: a passport or driving license.
Please be aware that not all insurance companies will bear the cost of consultations or investigations such as blood tests or cover cancellation fees. Insurance excess fees may also apply.
Please make sure that you establish your level of cover before any consultation. Any fees incurred will be your personal liability; you should therefore ensure that you are familiar with our scale of fees and discuss the likely cost of any investigations with the doctor before they are undertaken. We accept no responsibility for the non-payment of any fees by insurance companies and reserve the right to secure payment for all costs incurred.
Please note that for our ANIMA CORPUS Wellness Checkups and all other services like consultations and seminar, a full payment is required at booking.
Upon your booking at our website you will receive an e-mail confirmation with details how to arrange the appointment. Please make sure to arrange an appointment with ANIMA CORPUS within maximum of 3 months. After the given period the purchase will expire.
You can also cancel or postpone your appointment, therefore please contact us at contact@animacorpus.mc. Please also note that we reserve the right to charge fees in accordance with our cancellation policy for non-attendance and late cancellations.
Please note any cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee, of a minimum of €5 or 20% of the total order value, whichever is the greater.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel or postpone your appointment in short notice (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment).
Refunds are expected to be received within 15 working days of us receiving your package with the item/s being in a re-sellable condition, however, in some circumstances, there may be an additional delay to you receiving the refund, depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Please note returns may be subject to a restocking fee, of a minimum of €5 or 15% of the total order value, whichever is the greater.
Refunds for unclaimed or undeliverable items may be subject to a return fee determined by the carrier, refunds will have this return fee deducted out of the refund amount.

Please note that you are responsible for getting the product to us, so please ensure that you get proof of postage, or tracked delivery so that you can make a claim in the event of a loss. Please also ensure that you use adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit. Returned items that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Title to products passes from us to you on shipment from our facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by us is our responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANIMA CORPUS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions, or any activity related to use of the site (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website using your Internet account.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, ANIMA CORPUS, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ANIMA CORPUS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled ANIMA CORPUS, shall immediately issue a refund to you.

Pricing – Where applicable by law, you must not sell the product below the Minimum Retail Selling Price (MRSP) listed on your invoice without the express permission of ANIMA CORPUS.
